Company (CCPA/CPRA context): kemygroup LLC, responsible for collecting and processing consumers' personal information in California.
CCPA/CPRA: California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.
Consumer (CCPA/CPRA context): A California resident as legally defined.
Country: Delaware, United States.
Data Controller (GDPR context): The Company, determining the processing of Personal Data.
Device: Any device that can access the Service, such as a computer, mobile phone, or tablet.
Do Not Track (DNT): A concept for Internet users to control the tracking of their online activity, promoted by the US FTC.
